Hailing from the Lonestar State, Gable was born and raised in the Hill Country just outside of Austin and has had a love for the outdoors for as long as he can remember. After graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in architecture, he founded and ran a design-build company in Austin, Texas, specializing in furniture, installations, and commercial buildouts. Eventually, his desire to create led Gable to attend the University of Texas for his master’s of architecture. Out of school, he worked at a boutique architecture firm in Fort Worth, TX (cowtown!) on a variety of project types, including single family, hospitality and commercial. The desire to live somewhere that has seasons and closer proximity to family, he ultimately made his way to music city. When he’s not working through design details in his sketchbook, you can find Gable riding his mountain bike, smoking ribs, or going on long walks through East Nashville with his wife, son, and dog.
