Real estate executives from Atlanta and the Washington, D.C., area have released new details and renderings of the transformation they're about to oversee of a former factory on a fast-changing Nashville corridor.
Construction is set to begin next month on Sylvan Supply, which will be the new name of the 7.1-acre complex of vacant Charlotte Avenue buildings formerly home to Madison Mill Inc.
Last week, Atlanta-based Third & Urban and FCP, based outside the nation's capital, paid $12.5 million to buy the property. An entity named FCP Sylvan Supply LP loaned $30 million toward the project, according to public records.
