"The Atlanta-based developers eyeing Sylvan Supply — an adaptive reuse development to radically reinvent the Charlotte Avenue corridor site long home to industrial operation Madison Mill — have released images related to the effort.
In a release, Third & Urban and FCP announced construction is expected to begin in October, with a target completion in late 2019. The site will be divided into six buildings connected by open corridors and terraces providing outdoor workspaces for tenants.
A roughly estimated cost to undertake the effort was not disclosed in the release.
Sylvan Supply buildings will offer a collective 133,000 square feet of Class A office space (targeting creative businesses) featuring open floor plans, large windows and amenitized outdoor space, as well as 27,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space."
