Two years after it was announced to open in 2023, Harken Hall — a venue in Madison formerly known as the Roots Barn and once expected to be named Timberhawk Hall — will open this fall at 514 Madison Station Blvd in Madison.
Veteran music video and television producer Jamie Amos has assumed the helm as Harken Hall's president. Since the venue's inception as The Roots Barn nearly two decades ago, the venue soon to open as Harken Hall will be associated with a Patrick Kennedy-led investor group based in Tennessee and Texas.
The venue will be anchored by a 700-seat concert hall in a 12,000-square-foot main room and adjacent recording studio. It's expected to service performances, corporate events, organizational meetings and weddings, among many community activities.
