Sylvan Supply, an adaptive rehabilitation of what had been the home to 60-year-old Madison Mill Inc., is now open.
The mixed-use development has an address of 4101 Charlotte Ave. in Sylvan Park and will feature, among other tenants, Bearded Iris Brewing, slated to open in the fall.
According to a release, and as the Post previously reported via a Metro permit, software and tech consultancy firm FortyAU will move to Sylvan Supply from nearby oneC1TY. Other tenants (some operational and others to come) include global professional services company Accenture, Radish Kitchen (a fast-casual health food concept by Amanda Frederickson), fitness studio Row House, Woodland Wine Merchant, Keller Williams Realty, Pure Barre and noodle eatery Otaku Ramen.
Work on Sylvan Summit started in 2018, with Centric Architecture handling design and Hodgson Douglas providing landscape architect work. The complex offers a collective 162,000 square feet of Class A office space (geared toward creative-type businesses) and 32,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. Bill Adair and Ashley Albright Marshall of JLL are handling office leasing, while Elliott Kyle continues to oversee retail leasing.
