Construction will start this month on a local developer’s latest neighborhood hub.
Nashville’s Vintage South Development today announced Stateline, a 93,000-square-foot renovation project in The Nations. A $23.82 million construction loan from Wilson Bank & Trust will help fund the development, according to newly filed deeds.
The 3.5-acre project site, which Vintage South bought for $6.5 million last year, marks the Nashville Lumber Co.’s former home. During construction, the building’s first floor will be converted to restaurant and retail space, with an added second level for office space, according to a statement.
