Located in the historic neighborhood of Kemper Height, the old site of Nashville Memorial Hospital in Madison is about to breathe new light into its community. Carrying on the legacy of health, and wellness while creating much needed access to dining, entertainment, green space, and an increased liveliness in the Madison area.
Three hundred apartment units are housed throughout five buildings across the site. A prominent green space is split between an upper-level public lawn and event pavilion. A lower-level residential amenity zone, complete with two pools, a dog run, and bocce, courts, provides a central activation zone for both residents and visitors alike.
