Riverside Village Retail is a 10,000 sf single story commercial building containing an anchor restaurant tenant and eight smaller retail spaces. The building, which is clad in brick veneer and vertical wood siding, sits at the intersection of Riverside Drive and McGavock Pike and has completed the corner of popular restaurants and businesses that have made this pocket of East Nashville a community staple. Although this project was new construction, Centric’s design for the site reused the existing foundations of a previously planned development to save sitework and structural costs.
