Stovehouse was originally home to the Martin Stove Factory in the early 1900s. Over the years many other manufacturers, including munitions during the war have used the building. Multiple additions - built with a quirkiness that cannot be replicated- were constructed through the 70s and now the campus is located in a burgeoning creative neighborhood close to downtown.
We began an assessment and master plan concept to reimagine what these buildings could and should house for the future of Huntsville. A multi-use office and entertainment district slowly started making its way to the forefront with a 2000 person concert venue anchor and the Food Garden/Play Area with food tenants and outdoor games in a garden like setting.
The City of Huntsville has partnered with the development team to bring much needed infrastructure and parking to the site in order to ensure its success.
