The Lebanon Medical Office Building for the Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) was built to expand TOA’s presence in the Middle Tennessee region. The 12,000 SF facility provides outpatient orthopaedic care, a clinic with x-ray capability, a sports performance and physical therapy gym, and a studio for workout classes. The corner site directly off Interstate 40 is a prominent location, acting as a gateway to Lebanon’s medical park across the street. The building is oriented to directly address the corner and exit ramp as vehicles leave the interstate. The exterior canopy provides a protected drop-off while the architecture speaks to the delicate but strong physical nature of the work performed in the building.
